Miracle League Park Phase 2 Miracle Field, Concession/Restroom Building, Sitework, Exterior Lighting, and Utilities A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County, in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid, but in no even more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal.
