The Bastrop County Long Term Recovery Team has received an allocation from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury and has elected to use these funds to complete eligible projects. This solicitation is to complete the concrete and flatwork for 5 new build homes in Elgin, TX area. Bid unit prices for concrete and excavation needed based on lot conditions. Work to begin no later than December 5, 2022, and be completed by December 30, 2022. Bid should include cost for 5 homes. Question Submission Deadline: November 15, 2022. Bastrop County Long Term Recovery Team reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit bids and may award a contract to 1 service provider(s). Bastrop County Long Term Recovery Team reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Residents and Businesses, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, United States Veterans and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
