Request for Proposals Consultant with Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) Experience for the Redevelopment of 34 Level Street The Glendower Group, Inc. is currently seeking proposals for a consultant with PRAC experience for the redevelopment of 34 Level Street. The Glendower Group, Inc., an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH), clibia Elm City Communities (ECC), is seeking a consultant to assist with the redevelopment of a portion of a vacant property located at 34 Level Street in the West Rock neighborhood of New Haven, CT (Project), The Project will be developed under the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. The Project is expected to contain approximately 50 Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly units. It is also anticipated that the Project will include Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Glendower, or an affiliate thereof, shall serve as the Sponsor. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than December 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. EST using the Glendower's Collaboration Portal website. In order to submit questions, you must register as an Interested Respondent. Once the question period has ended, all responses to questions will be posted as an addendum and posted on Glendower's Collaboration Portal website. All Addenda's must he acknowledged with a signature and timely submitted as part of this solicitation. Bids will be rejected if the addendum is not timely submitted as stated. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
