The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) will receive sealed bids to provide maintenance and repair of DPS owned walk-in refrigerators and freezers to store evidence, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein, including such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to the public opening of this IFB for the prices set forth on the solicitations price sheet. Troubleshoot refrigeration issues and make the appropriate repairs Provide preventative maintenance services as per scope in paragraph 3 below Be available for after-hours emergency call out Be able to convert a walk-in refrigerator to a walk-in freezer as needed The contract shall commence upon award or as specified in the award documents and shall remain in full force and effect for one (1) year unless terminated, canceled, or extended as otherwise provided herein.
