Survey to delineate project area boundaries for the ground-level storage tank installation. The project area and site survey shall be performed by a Florida Licensed Professional Land Surveyor; Conduct Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) surveys at and in the vicinity of the ground-level storage tank installation location; Develop North RO WTP 6 MGD expansion and 12 MG prestressed circular concrete water storage tank (AWWA D-110 Type II) construction engineering design, bidding and construction drawings, including but not limited to, storage tank site grading plan for both construction phase and final completion phase, RO train details, feed pump specifications, chemical feed system specifications, raw water and finished water piping manifold assembly and connections to existing piping manifolds, equipment power supply, SCADA integration, instrumentation and controls, power supply panels, instrumentation and control panels, ground level storage tank details, storage tank piping and connections to existing yard piping, tank foundation geotechnical requirements, storm water management system improvements based on ERP requirements and all necessary site improvements and appurtenances; Water Treatment Plant SCADA system improvements and integration to accommodate additional RO treatment trains and new ground storage tank engineering design, and coordination with the City's integrator(s), as applicable; and Develop Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost.
