Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Work included under this contract consists of erosion and sediment control, miscellaneous demolition and site clearing, excavation and backfill, road and parking construction, trail work, building construction, stormwater management, landscaping, miscellaneous site work, and all General construction work as indicated on the Contract Drawings. liquidated damages and not as a penalty for non-completion of work, the amount of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) per day for each and every calendar day
