The Bidder Agrees to start work for Base Bid at Raymore Elementary on May 29, 2023 and to achieve final completion no later than June 2, 2023. It is the Owners intent to award a contract on following board approval on December 22, 2022. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty days after submission. Prevailing Wage rates as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Division of Labor Standards; shall apply to this project should they meet the requirements of Legislation (HB 1729) as passed by the Missouri General Assembly August 28, 2018. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, to waive irregularities in bids and bidding, and to reject any or all Bids.
