Renovation of a municipal facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
THE CITY IS REJECTING ALL BIDS. THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE RE-BID. Disconnect power and demolish existing elevator system. Provide a new hydraulic elevator system. Provide power and lighting. Provide fire alarm devices. Provide HVAC system to elevator machinery room. Provide structural reinforcing in elevator pit. Work Site and Conditions The Project is located at O.N. Stevens water treatment plant chemical building as described in the attached specifications. Regular working hours are between sunup and sun-down unless other times are specifically authorized in writing by City. Contractor Quality Control and Superintendence The Contractor shall establish and maintain a complete Quality Management Program as per the Plans and Specifications. The Contractor will also provide supervision of the work to insure it complies with the contract requirements
