Site work, environmental remediation and renovation of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for environmental remediation for a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades and redevelopment of the Gulls shore (Berge des Goélands) park. The scope of the project includes construction renovation of existing structures, work to make accessible the banks that are a part of the collective natural heritage and play a priority role because of its location at the entrance to the city as an identity element of the Laval landscape. The project aims to create an urban living environment composed of places for meeting, relaxation, contemplation, entertainment, passages and multifunctional walks set in a green environment. The project provides for the composition of green and urban public spaces, consolidation of the development of functional and innovative facilities by adding a public square in front, increasing safety, comfort and accessibility, universality of public spaces in this area. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Initially planned to begin in 2025, the construction was postponed to 2026. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Further update in spring/summer 2026.
