Renovation of a municipal facility in Tweed, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Tweed Municipal Office Building and the Hungerford Hall (in the Village of Tweed) both require replacement of concrete stairs at a fire emergency exit on these two buildings. The tender will include replacing concrete stairs with railing to the north side of the Hungerford Hall and replacement of the door with a fire exit window. The tender also includes replacing concrete stairs at office entrance on the Tweed Municipal Building. Engineered drawings are available on the municipal website at https://tweed.ca/photos/custom/117-22 - Tweed Exit Stairs Final.pdf. The Municipality will arrange for building permits to be acquired.
