he project consists of the replacement of two bridges on Highway 7 in the Municipality of Tweed, County of Hastings, Township of Elzevir: o Replacement of Black River Bridge (Site No. 11X-0069/B0) o Replacement of Skootamatta River Bridge (Site No. 11X-0076/B0) o Removal of the existing bridges Black River Bridge (Site No. 11X-0069/B0) is located 3.9 km west of Highway 37 and Skootamatta River Bridge (Site No. 11X-0076/B0) is located 0.4 km west of Highway 37. The project limits are from Sta. 11+400 to 12+100 (Twp. Elzevir) at Black River Bridge and from Sta. 14+800 to 15+500 (Twp. Elzevir) at Skootamatta River Bridge, for a total length of 1.4 km. All disturbed pavement, civil infrastructure and roadside safety features shall be restored to meet MTO standards for the new bridges.
