The intent of this request for tender ("RFT") is to engage a prequalified contractor to undertake the construction of the St. Mary Catholic School Life Skills. The form of contract between the Owner and the Contractor will be a CCDC2-2020 - Stipulated Price Contract, as amended by the Supplementary Conditions included in Section 00 30 00 (the "Contract").
