The Board of County Commissioners is seeking written quotes from licensed and insured contractors with the required expertise and capability to perform the work or supply the commodities or equipment for the paving of 675 LF of McCallister Road in Wakulla County, FL. Provide labor and materials for the paving of 675 LF of McCallister Road in Wakulla County in accordance with the following project details: Work coordination with Wakulla County Public Works Department and Dewberry Engineers Inc. Wakulla County Public Works Department will be responsible for all clearing, grubbing, drainage improvements, base installation, striping and grassing. The successful proposer will be responsible for the installation of (2) 1" lifts of SP 9.5 asphalt. Paved lanes shall be 11' wide Project will begin at existing turnout on US 319 and extend 675 LF to the west along the existing unpaved roadway. The estimated tonnage for this project is 180 tons. The vendor awarded will be required to provide a minimum one-year warranty on labor. Upon award of the written quotation the vendor will be required to provide the necessary liability insurance as per County requirements.
