Site work for a water / sewer project in Cumberland, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes design and installation of a new liner and floating cover for the concrete 3.75-million-gallon Fort Hill Potable Water Reservoir. Design-build contract shall include both the design and construction phases of the proposed improvements. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City. The City of Cumberland is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
