Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Perform a bathroom renewal for the bathrooms in the Annex Building (one men's, one ladies) and Small Craft Harbor Building (one men's and one ladies). This should include replacement of lavatories, urinals and water closets on each floor with new low flow water efficient fixtures. Repaint walls and new partitions for water closets. Scope of work is defined in consultant bid specifications and drawing package. Required Acknowledgement ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fail to receive the required documentation.
