Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Herriman, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

As of January 19, 2024, no contractor has been awarded. This is still pending. The estimated start date on this project is in February 2024 with a completed date in August 2024. Scopes of work include, but are not limited to: Final Cleaning, Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, General Metal Fabrication, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, EIFS, Roofing, Doors, Drywall, Tile, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork, Fencing etc. *The original solicitation is listed below for historical reference. Request for Statement of Qualifications (Rfsq) Architectural Services for Providence Hall Field Renovation, Performing Arts Center With Classrooms and Various Bond Projects This courtesy posting is an advertisement of a procurement opportunity for Providence Hall Charter School, not the Division of Purchasing. Responses should be directed to the designated individual/office as designated in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing does not accept responses for courtesy postings. The contract award for this solicitation will not be posted on this website. Instead, you will need to contact the designated individual/office as identified in the solicitation document. This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendor's response will still be evaluated by Providence Hall Charter School as described in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. Providence Hall is accepting Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) from qualified design professional firms licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, for the: design, preparation of contract documents, programming, schematic design, and cost estimating for Potential construction projects. Questions, interpretations, clarifications or communication regarding RFSQ must be submitted through U3P/Sciquest and must be submitted by Wednesday, December 7th, 2022 5PM MST. Responses shall be posted no later than Thursday December 8th Construction is projected to begin spring of 2022 for a renovated turf field that includes seating along west, south, and north with small visitor seating on the east along with concessions, ticket box, lights, and restrooms. The field as currently designed would not fit a football field and there is no space for bleachers. The renovation would lower the field out to the outer parameter of the property line providing the necessary depth for the field and bleachers. The field would need to be excavated and brought down to allow for the bleachers/seating on the west side to sit down below the current cement. Additionally, by cutting the field down it would provide backfill dirt to push out to the property line in order to fill out the field's depth. This structure will need to include space for: 1. Bleachers or stadium 2. Turf field 3. Drainage and irrigation for water. 4. A concessions and bathroom facility with a possible locker room 5. A ticketing box 6. Lights for games at night 7. Fencing around the parameter for crowd control 8. Press box for coaches, scoreboard, and announcing. The approximate depth down would be between 4 and 8 feet which would be around 20,000 cubic yards of dirt work potentially. The field could start as soon as the spring or summer allowing it to finish out by the fall or winter. The performing arts center could start that following summer for completion in the following year. Once a construction project is completed then the next approved project would begin until all are completed over the next several years. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
