The Work includes installation of an owner-purchased, factory-built above-ground duplex self-priming sanitary sewer pump station, precast-concrete support manhole for new equipment installation, and all necessary accessories, including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, and site work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Project Manual. Site work includes temporary sanitary bypass pumping for existing apartment complex sanitary sewer services and connectivity of recently installed directionally drilled sanitary force main pipe. Construction requires open cut excavation, abandonment of the existing pump station's drywell, tree trimming, traffic control measures for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and site restoration.
