Mechanical improvements will also upgrade the building's BAS system to a new non-proprietary system to serve the new HVAC rooftop equipment and 55 interior VAV boxes located throughout the building. The project will also remove the existing black single-ply roof membrane with a white, TPO membrane to help alleviate the elevated temperatures in the mechanical areas. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder.
