Renovation of an educational facility in Neptune Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 6, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Any questions and/or request for additional information should be directed to Louis Mitchum, in Purchasing Services, via email at mitchuml@duvalschools.org placing this bid number (ITB002-23/LM) in the subject header. Deadline for questions shall be 12:00 noon. EST on December 12th, 2022. Purpose of this bid is to award a contract to a qualified firm to provide Roof replacements as outlined herein. Within ten (10) days after Notice of Award, the successful Contractor shall enter into a formal contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. Failure to execute the Contract within the ten (10) days from Notice of Award may result in the withdrawal of award and forfeiture of the Bid Bond. The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute with respect to this Agreement is subject to the laws of Florida, venue exclusively in Duval County. Term of Bid: Date of award through Final completion (150 days)
