Renovation of a mixed-use development in Batavia, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
** As of February 3, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established.** The work under this Project includes the following: Repair and renovation to the City of Batavia Fire Station and Bureau of Maintenance Building with work involving General, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing construction. Provide all electrical power, control, instrumentation, and ductbank conduit and wire (excavation and earthwork in support of ductbanks included in other sections) including raceway systems, conductors, cables, fittings, special control, distribution equipment, motor control, and starters, except when specifically furnished under other sections (install starters or VFDs furnished under other sections), lighting, standby generator system, overcurrent protection, terminations (except where specifically included in other sections), connections, and interconnections, and all related appurtenances to provide a complete and operating electrical/instrumentation system. Provide all system and equipment grounding in conformance with the requirements of these specifications and the National Electrical Code (NEC) Provide electrical labels, signs, and nameplates per this section. Install all electrical equipment, conduit, wire, conductors, cable, connections, etc., required for complete and operating systems. Coordinate work with the work of others for timely completion of the electrical/instrumentation work. Repair, fill and/or patch surfaces of all building components including walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs damaged or left open or bare as a result of the electrical work. *Addendum 1 has been released.
