Welding area, storage area for parts, oil handling facility, small equipment work area, overhead crane (re-purposed), gender neutral/accessible washrooms & shower facilitates for a max of 20 users. Office space to include 5 private offices & 5 workstations, lockers and a lunchroom. Approx. size 700 m2. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Contact at the architect will not be released.
