Site work for a water / sewer project in Abington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A timeline or award has not yet been established.** This project involves the cleaning and internal televising inspection of approximately 30,000 feet of 8 - 12 diameter sanitary sewer mains including lateral cleaning and internal inspections. Also included are rehabilitation of pipe joints utilizing chemical grouting in sewer mains and lateral pipes. The various project areas are located throughout the Township of Abington, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are open. Withdrawal of a bid shall be in accordance with the Withdrawal of Bids Law, Act of January 23, 1974, P.L. 9, No. 4, 73 P.S. 1601, et seq. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract as required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated.
