For On Call, As Needed Tree Trimming and Removal Services in Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current C-61 Limited Specialty/D-49 Tree Service Contractor license and a C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). A valid Arborist Certification from the International Society of Arboriculture. A valid and current Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) as described in Item 7 of this Invitation for Bid and in Exhibit E of the Proposed Forms of Agreement, Attachment 12. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 12. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E, Attachment 12. Refer to Section C, Bid Requirements and Information, Section 9, Contractors License, for submittal requirements. Failure of Bidder to sufficiently provide any or all the minimum qualifications, in the opinion of Caltrans, will result in the Bidders bid deemed non-responsive.
