M1W is requesting proposals to provide Water Testing and Laboratory Services on samples taken from various Monitoring Well sites surrounding the M1Ws Advanced Water Purification Facility (AWPF) Injection Well Field (IWF). Scope of testing may include various physical, chemical, radiological, and biological analyses. All work must be done per the specifications, according to accepted industry standards. Submit Written Questions By: May 27, 2022 at 5:00 pm by email only to joanne@my1water.org M1W is seeking proposals for contracted laboratory services beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023. Water samples to be tested will be collected by M1W, and the Vendor will be responsible for transporting all samples to the Vendor facilities and/or subcontracted laboratories. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, sample containers, personal protective equipment (PPE) and facilities required for sample preparation, transport, and analysis, report preparation and delivery for the M1W Laboratory in accordance with the schedule and procedures described herein. The Vendor will provide testing services on all samples for the parameters included in this Request for Proposals. This Agreement will be for a period of one year from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, with options for four one-year extensions at M1Ws discretion based on Vendor's performance. The successful proposer should be prepared with both equipment and man-power to commence sampling operations on July 11, 2022. The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified scope of work. M1W reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of M1W. The contract, if awarded, shall be to the most qualified Proposer, which submits the proposal that, in the sole judgment of M1W, is in the best interest of M1W, as further detailed in the Contract Documents.
