Description

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Ada, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot conference / convention center.

The Board of Pontotoc County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for replacing approximately 4,500 square feet of the roof on the Convention Center at the Agri-Plex. County bid forms must be used, signed, and notarized. Call Gary Starns at 580.310.5163 for any questions. - Install 1" insulation over the roof area - Install 60 mil TPO over the roof area - Install edge flashing - Properly flash the roof area - Remove soft areas and repair decking - Five-year labor/twenty-year material warranty
