Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Ronceverte, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority (GCSWA) seeks proposals for the repair of the Greenbrier County Recycling Center located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, WV. The facility has experienced differential foundation settling, resulting in fractures to masonry and separation of the exterior walls from the roof with subsequent water-related damage. The GCSWA seeks proposals for the following tasks: 1. Stabilization of the foundation by means of helical piles or other methods proposed by the contractor (other methods subject to approval by GCSWA). 2. Stabilization and repointing of damaged masonry. 3. Repair of damaged roof and roof structural members. A geotechnical study of the site and conditions has been conducted and will be made available along with general fac.ility drawings by request. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority will not discriminate against any interested firm or individual on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, age, handicap, or national origin in the award of services. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part.
