Description

Renovation of a residential development in Ronceverte, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The County Commission of Greenbrier County, West Virginia, requests proposals for installation of a new EPDM roof on the Home Confinement Building located at 673 Edgar Ave, Ronceverte, WV. The County requests the Proposal be built around use of Carlisle EPDM roofing material in 60-mils thickness mechanically attached, or functional equivalent. The Proposal may include an option for use of 90-mil material, if indicated. Insulation cover board material shall be Carlisle or functional equivalent. Manufacturer's warranty duration shall not be less than 20 years. The County Commission has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
