The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of asphalt crack routing and sealing services for the OHSC. The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend the term of the Agreement ("Extended Period") for up to twenty-four (24) months, at the sole discretion of the Purchaser, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for this Extended Period. If the Extended Period is for more than twelve (12) months, the Purchaser may renew on an annual basis or for the full Extended Period. The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) and the Ottawa Health Sciences Centre Inc. (OHSC) are seeking quotations for Asphalt Crack Routing and Sealing for a period of three (3) years, plus two optional one (1) year extensions, at mutual consent.
