Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 320 calendar days after the NTP. One award will be made from this Solicitation. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Bonding is required for this procurement action. Note: The contract award will be based on Low Bid. Proposals will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule.
