Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days after the opening of bids and the written contract executed within sixty days thereafter.
