The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project reconfigures the Main Retail Sales Area, Military Clothing Sales (MCS), Mall, Concessions, Food Court Seating, administrative activities, restrooms and entry vestibules. The project polishes concrete floors, provides new carpet, vinyl floors wall finishes, ceiling finishes and LED lighting. Please pay particular attention to sections 3.A.61.d and 3.C in the Agreement Document which cover minority and female participation goals established for federally involved and non-federally involved construction work.
