The City of Beaumont solicits bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies for the demolition and removal of structure(s) listed within this document: APPROXIMATE TOTAL AREA OF COVERAGE BY STRUCTURE 1 4220 S. 5th, Beaumont, Texas 1,848 sq. ft. 2 2190 Hegele, Beaumont, Texas 1,464 sq. ft. 3 2655 Sabine Pass, Beaumont, Texas 1,800 sq. ft. 4 3490 Texas, Beaumont, Texas 2,088 sq. ft. 5 4530 Winston, Beaumont, Texas 1,040 sq. ft. Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted via email or mail, and will be answered in writing through an Addendum. The Addendum will be posted to the City's web page, and provided by email or fax to each person receiving a bid announcement, bid package, or those attending pre-bid meetings. Questions should be directed to the individual named below. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. The City reserves the right to waive bid informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award to the most responsible bidder making the most satisfying offer to the City.
