Specific questions concerning items or procedures in this solicitation, shall be submitted via fax or mail, and will be answered in writing through an Addendum. The Addendum will be posted to the City's web page, and provided by email or fax to each person receiving a bid announcement, bid package, or those attending pre-bid meetings. Questions should be directed to the individual named below. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date of opening bids may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies, including toilet bowl cleaner and disinfectant, urinal blocks, necessary and incidental to provide quality janitorial services as specified herein. The City shall provide water, electricity, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash liners, air freshener refills, and hand soap. A storage closet is available for mops, mop buckets, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and supplies. The Contractor shall keep it neat and orderly. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any and all in formalities, and the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter proposals.
