The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail Authority, hereafter referred to as SWVRJA, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to perform plumbing services and maintenance at our Abingdon, Duffield, Haysi and Tazewell facilities. Acceptance of a Contractors proposal will not require the SWVRJAs use of all proposed items/services. Answers to any questions will be emailed to the Contractor no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 6, 2023. Any changes resulting from written questions will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation. The duration of the contract will be for three (3) years commencing on date of award and ending on June 30, 2025, with two (2) one-year renewable options.
