Bidder will evaluate the specifications contained in the bid packet and identify, list, and bid any additional equipment necessary to make the HVAC package units for Community Center Rams Room and Central Offices operational. Failure to list and bid additional appurtenances is the responsibility of the vendor and if needed, said items will be provided and installed at no cost to the City of Owasso. 1. Rams Room: 20-Ton Roof Top PKG Unit. 10 year warranty on heat exchanger, 5 year warranty on compressor, 5 year warranty on all parts. -(1) Economizer (20 ton) -Hail Guards -Electric -High Voltage - new disconnects -Low Voltage -Honeywell Thermostat -Gas -Drain -Curb Adapters -Crane Service -All labor and materials for the above work installed. 2.
