Tulsa County, Oklahoma, December 12 & 19, 2022 The City of Owasso is accepting sealed bids for the new construction of the OWASSO POLICE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING with an alternate for the new construction of the OWASSO POLICE SHOOT HOUSE, and all appurtenances thereto, as per Specifications and Project Documents. The work is generally described as follows: New Construction of a Single Story with Mezzanine, Prefabricated Steel Multi-Purpose Building for the Owasso Police Department and New Construction of an Alternate Two-Story Shoot House, construction facilities as per Specifications and Project Documents at the Owasso Police Department Firearms Training Facility located roughly at 700 S. Main Street, Owasso, Oklahoma 74055. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Project Documents shall be submitted to in writing to the City of Owasso, Attn: Contract Administrator, PO Box 180, Owasso, OK 74055. Replies will be issued by Addenda and mailed to or delivered, no later than five days before the bid opening date, to all parties recorded by Owner as having attended the Mandatory pre-bid conference, as well as posted to the City's website at www.cityofowasso.com
