QUESTION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 29, 2022 - 9:00 am. The period of performance of any contract resulting from this is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about MARCH 1, 2023. WTEF reserves the right to change the date. City Council shall approve contact as applicable. The scope of services for any contract resulting from this Request for Proposals includes, but is not limited to the following: Unless otherwise stated, the Firm shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation, lodging, and other items of work and costs necessary to complete the specified services as required. Coordinate as required to ensure the City's deadlines are met. Provide proof that driver(s), who would provide pump-out and pump-back services is trained in safe handling and spill response procedures. Provide Pump-out services removing all Ammonia from WTEF's ammonia tank, and ensure the tank is has been emptied. The Ammonia tank is capable of holding approximately 60,000 pound or 12,000 gallons of Ammonia, and it is forecasted that an estimated 21,000 pounds of Ammonia, more or less would need to be evacuated and stored onsite. Quantities shown are estimates only and are not to be construed as firm or guaranteed. Actual quantity may be more or less. Provide clean, uncontaminated, DOT approved tanker vessel(s) for the onsite storge of ammonia that has been removed. Provide pump-back services returning all removed ammonia back into the tank. Bidder's Technical Proposal and Cost Proposals must address stated response time as stated below.
