Renovation of a mixed-use development in Red Deer, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools Administrative building (Montfort), requires the removal, disposal and installation of carpet tile throughout the building and the removal, disposal and installation of rubber baseboards throughout the building. RDCRS will be responsible for moving furniture as needed during installation of the new carpet. A detailed floor plan and data sheet with room sizing is provided as separate attachments in this RPF. Carpeting is expected in all of the rooms and hallway areas shown on the Montfort Floor Plan document, except for the following rooms. Carpet is not required in the following rooms/areas 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 109, 110, 116, 120, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 139, 140 and approximately half of the front entry area where ceramic tiling already exists (room 106). Cancelled - Plans to retender has not been determined.
