Bids should be submitted on a per snow basis of over three inches and should include: o Removing/shoveling/blowing snow from all sidewalks, common walk ways and parking lots followed by salting o Snow Remover is to provide all his /her own equipment o Snow removal should be calculated on an as needed basis of three or more inches per snow fall o Calculate per bags of salt (oxidized salt) Snow removal may vary at the discretion of the Executive Director depending on the weather conditions. Contract will begin, January 2023 The bid is for a two year winter seasonal contract with the option of the owner renewing/renegotiating the contract for one additional year. Please be prepared to submit your certificate of liability insurance of a minimum of $500,000.00 with your bid.
