Bids should be submitted on a per mowing basis and should include: picking up trash prior to mowing, mowing, weed eating, edging and blowing off sidewalks, breezeways and porches. Mower is to provide all his /her own equipment. Mowing should be calculated on a weekly basis from the 15th of April through the end of October 2022. It may vary at the discretion of the Executive Director depending on the weather conditions. A list of properties can be picked up at the Housing office or emailed, as well as the contract that is to be signed if awarded. The bid is for a one year contract with the option of the owner renewing/renegotiating the contract for one additional year. Please be prepared to submit your certificate of liability insurance of a minimum of $500,000.00 with your bid. Bids can also be mailed to: Housing Authority of Versailles P.O.
