The City of Aurora (COA) is requesting written proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide Construction Management / Construction Inspection (CMCI) and Materials Testing services for the Nine Mile Pedestrian Bicycle Bridge Over SH-83. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing the following services and documentation for the construction of the Nine Mile Pedestrian/Bicycle Bridge Project, or the "Project": project management, contract administration (including EEO compliance interviews and documentation), construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, permit processing, clearances, RFI coordination and response, and other construction submittal reviews and processing, inspection services, materials testing, constructability review, and technical assistance. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to prospective consultants in the interpretation of the Request for Proposals (RFP), Scope of Services, Sample Contract, and other technical and contractual matters.
