The County of Ontario requires the continuous removal of solid waste, recyclables and wastewater screenings as specified in this bid. It is the intent of this bid to contract with a single vendor and to establish unit prices for this service for the stated contract term. Trucks and equipment of the Hauler shall be legal and in good repair to minimize pollution and contaminants left behind on Ontario County property. At any time a copy of the NYS DMV vehicle inspection report(s) may be requested by Ontario County. The Vendor's vehicles shall meet all Federal and State DOT requirements. The successful bidder shall maintain all required insurances, registrations, and permits as may be required to perform the services specified herein. All containers and hauling equipment must be designed and permitted by NYDEC as required for the material to be disposed of.
