For additional information contactRobert Langston 832-223-0166 or by email atrobert.langston@lcisd.org RFQ Questions Due to Robert Langston via email robert.langston@lcisd.org, December 14, 2022 by 2:00PM CST Lamar CISD Review of Submissions: January 4, 2023 Potential Presentations/Interviews: January 10, 2023 Board Approval of List: January 17, 2023 Lamar Consolidated Independent School District intends to select Architects to perform architectural and other design services for select items from the Bond 2022 Program. The Architect must maintain professional liability or errors and omissions insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence during the term of the project, as required by Texas Government Code Section 2269.208. As required by law, the selection of an Architect will be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications in accordance with Texas Government Code sections 2254.004 and 2269.201. In Phase I of the selection process, a committee will review all Statements of Qualifications received by the deadline, evaluate each firms experience, technical competence, capability to perform, past performance, references and other relevant factors submitted in response to this Request for Qualifications, as per the Evaluation Criteria rubric included below. The top ranked firms will proceed to the Phase II interview process. In Phase II, a selected Interview Committee will conduct interviews with the top firms. The firms will have time for a ten (15) minute presentation with follow-up questions by the Committee. Based on the interview process, the Committee will recommend a list of firms to provide Architectural Services for Bond 2022 Program to the Lamar CISD Board of Trustees. Only Architects on the list will be able to provide architectural services on the Bond 2022 Program projects. Lamar CISD reserves the right to waive any irregularities and informalities and make any decision that they judge is in the best interest of Lamar CISD Respondents are requested NOT to discuss the RFQ with the evaluation team or members of the Board of Trustees. All questions or clarifications needed should be addressed to the Lamar CISD Purchasing Department contact person noted on page two (2) of this document or as revised through official addendum of this RFQ.
