The scope of work for these services shall include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other items necessary to construct the proposed Putnam County Duplex Lift Station with backup generator, approx. 2,590 LF of 3" PVC DR 25, 480 LF of 4" PVC DR25, 200 LF of 4" HDPE DR11, 13,970 LF of 6" PVC DR 25, 3,700 LF of 8" HDPE DR11, as well as all applicable fixtures, assemblies and appurtenances as depicted in the Construction Plans. The purpose of this project is to replace an existing wastewater treatment facility with an approved county lift station and forcemain as needed to serve said lift station. All lines to be installed and tested per Putnam County, FAC, and FDEP specifications and guidelines. All works shall be done in conformance with all 2017 FDOT UAM, 2018 FDOT Temporary Traffic Control (MOT), Putnam County Public Works Department, and FDEP guidelines (Or newest applicable editions). In addition, project design and construction to adhere to FAC regulations. The project is located in: The Port Buena Vista community, as well as Dancy Ave., Federal Point Rd., CR 207A, SR 207, and W.
