Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and incidental supplies with the installation of the new athletic equipment. Supply and install two ceiling/ and or wall suspended basketball backstops with electric operation that is operated with wall attached key switches. Supply and assemble two sets of volleyball systems that would include two nets, four aluminum poles, four pole pads, and a carrying cart. Core drilling and setting of sleeves for all four courts that will be utilized for volleyball, tennis, and pickleball. Supply and install two Retractable Divider Vinyl Curtains that is operated with wall attached key switches. Contractor shall obtain any necessary permits that are required prior to start of project. Dorchester County is accepting proposals from vendors to install new athletic equipment for Recreation Center. The facility is located at 515 Leonards Lane, Cambridge, MD 21613. The Dorchester County Council hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
