13th and 8th Avenue Overpass Project The 13th and 8th Avenue Overpass Project consists of constructing an overpass on North 13th Street and 8th Avenue over the CSX rail lines to reduce congestion and delay due to rail traffic. This project currently under design and is planned to be bid in April of 2023. The amount of this project is $26,000,000. The funding source is EDIT and INDOT. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
