Renovation of a retail development in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

This project is to reroof the Bass Pro Shop for the City of Broken Arrow. The facility is 130,000 sqft retail building with steel framing and decking. The project consists of Package 1 for the Low Slope Membrane roofing system as base bid. This includes demo of the existing membrane system. Replace with new TPO membrane system over coverboard, over polyiso insulation, over existing decking. Provide 20 year NDL warranty. Deductive Alternate 1A: Existing membrane roofing system to remain. Install new TPO membrane fully adhered to new coverboard mechanically attached to existing deck, provide 20 year NDL warranty. Additive Alternate 1B: Provide 30 year NDL warranty. Additive Alternate 2A: Package 2 High Slope Roof Asphalt Shingle - remove existing asphalt shingle system. Install new asphalt roofing system over new underlayment. Provide 10 year warranty. Additive Alternate 2B: Provide 20 year warranty.
