Renovation of a municipal facility in Hazard, Kentucky. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Perry County San-itation District (herein referred to as the "Dis-trict") is seeking propos-als from consulting en-gineers for professional engineering services on the Cox-Napier Lift Sta-tion Rehab Project. The District is seeking the technical assistance of a qualified engineer-ing consulting firm to assist them in the de-velopment, planning, design, and construction observation of qualified sewer lift station rehab projects. Minimum requirements include previous expe-rience in engineering on similar projects. In-terested firms must be registered with SAM. gov and be active with no active exclusions. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Kentucky Relay Ser-vice for the hearing and speech impaired: 1-800-648-6056. Attention is particularly called to the require-ments as to conditions of employment to be observed under the con-tract, Section 3, Segre-gated Facility, Section 109, Title VI, Section 504 and EO 11246. Local, minority, and fe-male owned firms are particularly encouraged to participate.
