Renovation of a municipal facility in Hazard, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bid will be valid for 30 days after bid date. 2. Bidder will furnish Bid Bond for 5% ofbid amount. 3. Successful bidders will furnish and pay for Performance and Payment Bonds. 4. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids The work shall include the complete removal and replacement of the existing modified bituminous membrane and flashing. The Contractor will have FIFTEEN (15) CALENDER DAYS from date of Substantial Completion to correct or complete all punch list items. Construction time shall commence on the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be substantially complete within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
