23-MX-BB-001 is a Small Business Reserve project to furnish and install an HVAC in the Incentive Room Building at Backbone Mountain Youth Center, Garrett County, MD. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc. necessary to install one 2.5 ton single phase A/C compressors, heat pump, A coils with blowers and duct work sized accordingly for supply and returns for controlled cooling as demand required for 1,260 sq. ft. of building space. Install one Amana AMH950703 propane furnace (95% efficiency or approved equal.
